As well as assistant stage managing a number of National youth Theatre shows, Laura read MA Theatre Directing at Kent University, where she directed over 10 productions within site specific, devised, physical and text based theatre. Since graduating she has assistant directed with Alan Lyddiard (Northern Stage) in his adaptation of Blood Wedding, and directed a series of large scale events within the Development Department at the National Theatre. She now runs the Artsdepot Young Company where she is currently directing Victim Sidekick Boyfriend Me as part of the National Theatre Connections Festival 2012.
